This notice covers public website preferences and the MyInstinct waitlist for people aged 18 or older in India. It does not describe the separate app workspace.

Your website, your choices

The optional “Make it yours” flow uses your nickname, a name you choose for your AI companion, conversation tone, sample language, selected interests, colour, motion preference and liked moments to adapt this preview. The companion name is separate from your own nickname and can be changed or cleared at any time. The greeting also uses your device’s clock. Recommendations follow the interests and hearts you choose, not inferred traits, precise location or browsing activity elsewhere. Conversations remain prewritten samples.

By default, choices are kept in session storage for this tab; browsers may restore that session when restoring tabs. If you explicitly turn on “Remember on this device”, they are instead saved in this browser’s local storage and expire after 90 days without a change. Expired preferences are removed when the site next opens. A remembered profile may be visible to anyone using the same browser, so avoid this option on shared devices. Nothing is synced between devices or accounts.

These preferences are not uploaded to MyInstinct, Supabase or AI providers, and are not included in waitlist submissions or URLs. You can change them through “Make it yours” or “Your vibe”. “Reset my preview choices” removes this feature’s saved data without deleting an app account or waitlist entry. Turning off Remember removes the persistent copy and keeps choices for this tab. If browser storage is blocked, choices still work on the current page; a notice explains any saving or clearing failure. You can also clear this site’s data in your browser settings. This feature adds no advertising trackers.

The separate India waitlist

What we save

Your full name, email, mobile number, city or town, language preference, Android/iPhone/Web preview choice, India country code, consent version and signup time. Your phone number is collected for invite coordination; this form does not grant permission for SMS or WhatsApp messages.

Why

To manage early-access invitations, plan city and language coverage, and email you about MyInstinct early access with your consent. Joining does not create an app account, verify your email or phone, or guarantee an invite date. This form does not send your details to an AI model or sign you up for unrelated marketing.

Where it goes

The website is hosted by Vercel. The form sends your details to MyInstinct’s Supabase project, currently hosted in US East, not India. Waitlist entries are not publicly readable. These providers also process connection and operational logs to run and protect the service.

Android beta downloads

After a valid Android signup is saved and you acknowledge the beta limitations, the server issues download links that expire after thirty minutes. A private compressed APK and fallback parts are hosted in Supabase; your browser reconstructs the unchanged signed APK and checks the pinned size and SHA-256 before showing Save APK. Modern browsers transfer about 41 MB; older browsers may use the 75 MB fallback. The verified APK stays in this page's memory until the page closes or you start a new signup. It and the links are not saved in website preference storage. Download links contain a temporary access token, not your contact details; do not share them. A signed link can be used by anyone who holds it until expiry. This signup does not verify ownership of the email or phone number and is not an account-authentication gate.

The beta has known AI quality and touch-navigation issues. Website and Play Store installations use different signing identities; switching channels is not a seamless update and uninstalling can erase local data. Initial app sign-in and model download require internet. No model is included in the APK, and language/device support is not universally qualified. Download and storage provider quotas apply.

How long

Entries are removed from the active waitlist after 180 days by a daily cleanup job, or earlier following a verified removal request. A daily-changing keyed network digest is used for rate limiting; we do not store raw IP addresses in the waitlist tables. Rate-limit records are cleaned up after two days. Provider logs and backups follow the providers’ retention settings, so active deletion does not promise immediate erasure of all backup copies.

Your choice

To withdraw email consent, correct your details, or request removal, email hr@unifydynamics.com from the email address you submitted. Include “MyInstinct waitlist” in the subject. Please do not send identity documents.

This waitlist is operated by the MyInstinct team. No automatic SMS, WhatsApp message, or confirmation email is sent when you submit the form.
